  4. Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if the Suspension of Use, etc., involves significant costs or is otherwise difficult to implement, but alternative measures can be taken to protect the user’s rights and interests, the company will implement such alternative measures.

The contents of this policy may be changed without prior notice to users, except as otherwise provided by laws or specific provisions in this policy. Unless otherwise specified by the company, the revised Privacy Policy will take effect from the time it is posted on the company's website.
